Russ and his team are truly masters of their craft - but more than that he made my wife and I feel comfortable and supported when getting the perfect wedding bands for our special day. I’ve been working with Russ Hollander for years, and I can’t recommend him enough. With over 40 years of experience, he’s truly a master at his craft. Not only is his work top-notch, but he’s also incredibly personable and really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for.

Russ has helped me with everything from resizing my ring to adding stones to my wedding band, repairing jewelry, and even building up my ring to make it stronger. My fiance took my ring here to be fixed after one of the gemstones fell out. Russ went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my stones were tightened and cleaned. Great and professional service. I will be coming here for all my jewelry needs

I purchased an engagement ring online, at a different store. Moments after hearing the “yes,” I was shocked to find one of my ring’s gems missing. The original store reached back and advised me to take the ring to a local jeweler to avoid delivery fees.

Enter Russ Hollander: Russ was professional, polite, and informative! Truly one of the greatest local establishments in the area! I was not only satisfied with the service, but also grateful for the follow-through advice that Russ offered for future issues that may arise.

I called here the other day to see if I could get my engagement ring appraised. The owner was so incredibly kind. Instead of taking my money, he encouraged me to touch base with the jeweler who made my ring & ask him for an appraisal instead. Instead of taking my $100 to get my ring appraised, the owner helped me out! I highly encourage all to go to this shop as the owner clearly has good honest business practices. I will be going here in the future for my jewlery needs!

Russ designed and built my fiancé's engagement ring, and our wedding bands. He couldn't have done a better job, and we are beyond pleased with the results. Russ was recommended to us by my parents, who got their wedding rings from Russ back 30 years ago! Not only is his craftsmanship unmatched, his customer service was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process!

I can't say enough about Russ and the work that he does. He helped me create a beautiful pendant necklace from my Grandmother's wedding band, including hand engraving of a custom design. Russ is incredibly friendly, and makes the whole experience so enjoyable, from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the finished pendant - it's perfect.

My husband and I worked with Russ on creating my husband's wedding band. We did a lot of research including price shopping on jewelers from Norwalk to Stamford to Greenwich and Russ stood above them all. Then we met him in person and all of our expectations were far surpassed. When Russ began working with us I thought of him as a member of the family, maybe a spunky uncle if you will! It was so easy to work with him. He was open to texting which in my busy life made things a lot easier. Throughout the process, I could call/text him and drop by even if his store wasn't technically open.

Together, Russ, my husband, and myself designed the ring of our dreams. My ring is white gold and rose gold on the inside, so we wanted his ring to mimic that. We brought a few pictures and Russ spec-ed it out while we sat there with him. He took some time to cut the pieces of precious metal and sent us pictures of the fusing process to our cell phone. If that wasn't enough, when it was time to put the contour into the ring, he invited us to come downstairs into his shop and watch/take video/pictures. We felt so much a part of the making of the ring and learned a lot too. From raw metal to a beautiful symbol of our love, we watched the ring take form before our eyes. It was pretty amazing.

When we found Russ I had already had my wedding band and engagement ring - My fiance got both designed by a family jeweler of a friend in long island. I never met that designer, but my husband always said, he wishes he had worked with Russ for my rings as well. We feel so blessed that we found Russ. 🙂 It is one of our favorite memories from planning our wedding.
